Here the first clip of this sort of yoga awareness campaign, dedicated mainly to musicians, but not only. I am convinced that yoga can be an important source of enrichment, but that it is still too little known and practised by most of us.

Can yoga be useful for musicians?
How can they benefit of it and for what?
How to reconcile a yoga practice with the thousand activities of a musician?

Starting from my personal experience, without the pretension of teaching anything to anyone and with the sole purpose of arousing curiosity in those who still know little of this discipline, we will try to find out together through the short clips of this section.
